     The Rev. Ralph Leigh Davis was born in 1893 at Dene Park, Burford. He was the son of Peter Davis and Fanny Child. The Rev. Ralph Leigh Davis was educated circa 1909 at Worcester Cathedral School. He was fought in World War I (and was gassed several times) - was recommended to be a pay clerk in 1914. He lived circa 1918 at Kenya. He was educated circa 1919 at London, England; studued Theology at King's College. He a general search for him in Kelly's Kent produced nothing. in 1927. He was living on 12 May 1927. He was assistant priest at Holy Trinity, Nelson Place, Broadstairs in 1936 at 91 Bradstow Way. He died in 1968.
