Sir Reginald Townsend KCB CBE CA FCWA was Dir. Of Ordnance Factories before September 1939. He was chartered accountant before September 1939. He died in September 1939.

     Kenneth Reginald ("Tom") Townsend was RC. He married Rebecca ("Betty") Woolf. Kenneth Reginald ("Tom") Townsend was born on 27 September 1911. He was the son of Sir Reginald Townsend KCB CBE CA FCWA and Mildred Mary Agnes ("Millie") Cartwright. Kenneth Reginald ("Tom") Townsend lived in December 1938 at 31 The Highway, Sutton, Surrey.
