The house was built in about 1870 as a dower house for Eyford Park, according to Pevsner. "Its early C18 appearance, with hipped roof and flanking pedimented pavilions, was created in 1993-4 by Nicholas Johnston & Peter Cave Associates of Oxford, with gardens laid out by the owner Emma Keswick." (I had to photograph the front at an angle to avoid the TV aerial showing.)
